When broken glass cannot wait until morning
You cannot see through it
A crack across the driver view is a safety problem and a ticket waiting to happen. Do not drive it. Call and we come out.
The glass is broken out
A smashed side window leaves the vehicle open to weather and theft overnight. We replace it or board it the same visit.
The crack is still running
A crack that grew an inch while you watched will not stop overnight. Once a chip runs into a crack, the fix is a replacement, and we come out fast so you are not stuck waiting.
The truck has to roll
A cracked windshield can put a commercial vehicle out of service. We do the work at the yard so the load moves on schedule.
What to do before we get there
- Do not run the defroster on a fresh crack. Sudden heat on cold glass is the fastest way to make a small crack run the full width.
- Put clear tape over a chip. It keeps dirt and water out of the break, which gives a repair a much better chance of holding.
- Do not drive with a crack in your line of sight. It is a safety issue first and a citation risk second.
- Leave broken glass where it is if you can. We clean it up. Sweeping it around the cabin just pushes it into the vents and seats.

We are open 24 hours Monday through Saturday, and Sunday from 7am to 5pm. Call any time inside those hours and you will reach the owner directly.
Can you replace a windshield at night?
Yes. We carry our own lighting and power, so a driveway at 2am works the same as a driveway at 2pm. Cold weather mainly affects how long the adhesive needs to cure before you drive.
Is emergency service more expensive?
No. We do not run a separate after-hours rate. You get the same price and the same lifetime workmanship guarantee whatever time you call.
My window was smashed. Can you secure it tonight?
Yes. If the exact glass is not on the van, we can secure the opening the same visit so the vehicle is not sitting open overnight, then come back with the correct glass.
How fast can you actually get here?
